This privacy policy explains why I collect your personal details and what I do with the information you give me, Marianne Donohoe, for use within Grey Clouds & Silver Linings. The policy makes clear that your data is not used for anything other than the applications outlined in this policy.

Why I need your information and how I use it

to fulfil an order or book a workshop, settle a dispute or provide you with support.
when you have provided your consent such as signing up for my mailing list, which you may revoke at anytime.
to comply with a legal obligation, court order or in connection with a legal claim, should it be necessary.
to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest, to improve my services.
Information we collect
We will collect information such as your email address, phone number and address, depending on what method you use to contact us and what information you provide (through Craft Courses, directly through my website or on our workshop questionnaire). This enables us to contact you to tell you about future courses, other information relating to Silver Clay or any of the other workshops that we offer. I will use it to contact you with regard to any workshop you have booked on to. It will not be used to send you anything unrelated to any of the craft workshops that I may run or that you have shown an interest in.
Booking and paying for a workshop
All payments are currently made by you through your bank, or by your preferred payment method, and we have absolutely no access to any financial information, therefore none of your financial details are stored by us.
Contact forms
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR).
We may collect information about you for 2 reasons: first, to process your booking or order and second, to respond to any queries you may have.
We will only e-mail you if you have given us your consent.
You have the right to refuse any marketing emails from us in the future.
We will never collect information about you without your explicit consent
The information we hold will remain concise and limited to the details you provide. You can check the information that we hold about you at any time by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Your information may be used for marketing by various means - such as emails or via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, who all have their own set of privacy policies that you can check on their websites.

We will never share your data with anyone unless you expressly ask us to do so or for legal purposes where necessary.
